acupuncture
i love acupuncture. this is my fourth week. not going to get into how amazing it is just now but this little factoid made me smile:.. I’ve been waking up with a very specific pain on both of my feet. i told my acupuncturist about this and he said that the exact point i showed him was connected to my gallbladder. the gallbladder is linked to courage. because i’m waking up with this pain, he believes i’m battling many of the struggles i have in life through my dreams.
the pain is worse when i have nightmares. this makes sense. i couldn’t help but laugh when he told me, not because i thought it was ridiculous but because i was so excited. so many changes are happening in my body and therefore in all aspects of my life.
